Full Journal pdf2002-05-14 House Journal Page 3748 HB 276 Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3718) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 276(L&C) "An Act relating to temporary permits and licenses by endorsement issued by the Board of Nursing; and relating to the delegation of nursing duties." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 276(RLS) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Foster moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 276(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 276(RLS), and recommended that the members vote yes. 2002-05-14 House Journal Page 3749 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 276(L&C)?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHB 276(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
