Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
House consider the Senate message (page 3718) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 276(L&C)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to temporary permits and licenses by                                          
     endorsement issued by the Board of Nursing; and relating to the                                
     delegation of nursing duties."

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 276(RLS)

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Foster moved that the House concur in the Senate                                     
amendment to CSHB 276(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 276(RLS),
