Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
House consider the Senate message (page 3718) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 276(L&C)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to temporary permits and licenses by                                          
     endorsement issued by the Board of Nursing; and relating to the                                
     delegation of nursing duties."

amendment to CSHB 276(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 276(RLS),
